Otto Ohlendorf (1907-1951)

SS-Gruppenführer (Lieutenant-General). Head of the interior division of the security service (SD) from 1939. From June 1941-June 1942 also head of Einsatzgruppe D in the Soviet Union and thus responsible for the murder of thousands of Soviet Jews. Also second in command in the Reich Economics Ministry. Ohlendorf was sentenced to death for war crimes in 1948 and executed in 1951.
